It is a chance to be one’s self completely and a chance to feel a sense of connection and community.

Melanie Fayd’herbe de Maudave is an independent dancer, performer, secondary teacher and yoga instructor. She was first introduced to yoga almost a decade ago and, whilst it was initially to condition the body for dance, it very quickly became a holistic approach to life and wellbeing.
Trained in Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles, Melanie’s interest lies in sequential flow and the sensitive somatic experience. Her classes are dynamic with a steady progression, whilst providing the space for individuals to work at their own level. Assisting the mind to become more attuned to the body is an important element of Melanie’s teaching philosophy.
