You must have heard the adage: you are what you eat. Nutritional medicine aims to bring the body into balance by monitoring and improving the food types and food quality that are consumed. Many life goals and stages require differing nutritional needs, and it is important that your diet meets your needs, so your body has the energy to sustain itself throughout the day. An effective diet can mean that more nutrients are absorbed, energy levels are increased, illnesses can be more effectively managed and in some cases, their duration shortened, and that the body is adequately supplied with energy. Nutritional supplements may be prescribed in order for patients to adequately digest their food or bring their body back into balance.
Coaching is a creative partnership with our clients, focused on designing and implementing specific, meaningful changes in our clients' personal and/or professional lives. Coaching works because it explores how you think, what you believe and how you behave, and how you can do this in a more helpful way, providing you with more opportunities and choice. Coaching provides an insightful and meaningful self-perspective for the Coachee, so you are more aware of what is possible for you in the future, can visualise and understand how it is possible and are able to make better, more informed decisions.

Spiritual Reading & Healing
Spiritual healing is a holistic approach to wellness that involves the consideration of a persons overall wellness with the focus on spiritual healing. We are all made up of a physical body which houses the mind but often we overlook the fact that we also have an energetic body which consists of the aura and chakras and we are spirit and soul.
If we become spiritually unwell we can be impacted mentally and physically just as our physical and mental wellness can impact us spiritually. This is why spiritual healing is approached holistically. Which means looking at the entire person, mind, body, spirit, soul.
Kinesiology encompasses holistic health disciplines which use the gentle art of muscle monitoring to access information about a person’s well being. Originating in the 1970’s, it combines Western techniques and Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Kinesiology practices looks at all aspects of your health from the physical, to emotional, nutritional and spiritual.
When we are stressed, emotionally and/or physically challenged we block the flow of the Life Force energy.
To keep optimal health and to be aligned with your visions, goals outcomes and results it is important to restore the flow of the Life Force energy.
